PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce generating noise of a blowoff nozzle which is provided in a hand drying device which dries wet hands after hands are washed at a lavatory and so forth and shorten a drying time of hand. SOLUTION: A blowoff nozzle 5 which has plural almost cylindrical blowoff holes which spout blowoff airflow 1 and the end of the lower stream side of the blowoff hole is arranged on the same vertical flat face, pitches P1 and P2 of adjoining blowoff holes are within a range of 1.3 to 2.2 times as large as diameter D of the blowoff hole, and a contact area between a jet stream blowoff airflow 1 which is blown from the each blowoff hole and stationary air is larger than blowoff airflow of a usual slit blowoff hole. Thereby, mixing with stationary air can be promoted and a mixing area which becomes a generating source of turbulence noise is reduced effectively and noise emission energy is decreased.
