PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove burr which has occurred at outlines and hollow parts without flawing a surface and to chamfer an edge of a plate thickness part. SOLUTION: A rotating deburring file 25 is pressed by an energizing force of an energizing means 31 against a lower surface of a workpiece W suspended by a workpiece suspending machine 3, and the deburring file 25 is moved fore and aft by a fore and aft moving mechanism 51. The position is changed by a transversely moving mechanism 57 and the deburring file 25 is moved fore and aft by the fore and aft moving mechanism 51 for deburring furthermore. Also, after deburring the workpiece W in one direction by moving the deburring file 25 fore and aft, the workpiece W is rotated by a rotating mechanism 23, and deburring is performed by moving fore and aft at a different angle. |
