PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sitting-type toilet stool which is easy to clean by receiving peripheral floor parts neatly and even a wheelchair can approach thereto without difficulty, can support a body securely with a handrail body which is supported firmly, has no fear to be broken at a supporting position and can establish a low tank and a washing toilet device and so forth without difficulty. SOLUTION: A middle of a supporting arm 3 is fixed with a side of a toilet stool body 2 which is established and fixed at a floor part 1 uniaxially (8) and a side of one end of the supporting arm 3 is provided with standing to an upper part, and a handrail part 4 which is extended ahead and whose shape is almost parallel is formed at the upper end part. A side of another end of the supporting arm 3 is provided vertically and downwardly and the lower end part is fixed by being supported on the floor part 1 as a supporting part 5.
