PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a living body absorbable adhesive and tacky agent having a practically sufficient affinity to water and adhering strength. SOLUTION: This living body absorbable adhesive and tacky agent consists of a mixture of (A) a block copolymer of a poly-L-lactic acid with a polyalkylene ether, (B) a block copolymer of a poly-D-lactic acid with a polyalkylene ether, or a mixture of (C) a block copolymer of at least one kind of a polylactic acid with a polyalkylene ether and (D) a polylactic acid.
