PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a region working locus gradually changing without suddenly changing cutting width by providing a region working locus preparing part with corner R making a region working focus with corner R in which a corner R is inserted into a bent point. SOLUTION: If a region working method indicating data DM, i.e., a locus type is a scanning type or a vortex type, further in the case of the scanning type, a region working method indicating part 3 indicates a one-way pattern, a reciprocating pattern, or further pick width, and in the vortex type, it indicates right hand wind, left hand wind, vortex width, or further a working beginning point. A corner R radius indicating part 5 indicates the corner R radius DC of a corner R to be inserted into the bent point of a region working locus. A region working locus preparing part with corner R 6 makes the region working locus in which a corner R is inserted into the bent point, based on a region working shape DS, a tool diameter DR, the indicating data DM for region working, and the corner R radius DC.
