PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an artificial waterfall device not limited to an installing place without necessity of a large quantity of water to express a landscape of a waterfall for raising water splash without releasing and dropping an artificial stone for forming a channel of the waterfall according to a temperature change or an aging change. SOLUTION: Artificial stones 4 of first stage are engaged with engaging grooves 3a provided at a lowermost stage of a guide 3 for fixing the stones having a stair 3b inclined in a down forward direction, the stones 4 of a second stage are engaged with gaps between the stones 4 and an upper stair, the stones 4 are sequentially stacked to the uppermost stage to form a stepwise channel 1a inclined in down forward direction. Accordingly, the stones 4 are not released and not dropped, and a large quantity of water is not necessary to express a landscape of the waterfall. Since a power stored by a solar cell panel 10 is used, an installing place is not limited.
