PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the efficiency with respect to vibration and sounding from being lowered and to enable sounding in a high frequency domain to be performed while exhibiting a function as a vibrating body by making a driving source in a sounding body-constituting part and a driving source in a vibrating body-constituting part separate from each other. SOLUTION: The outer peripheral part of an elastic body 11 is held and fixed by a yoke 3 and a lower cover 5 and an upper cover 7 is fitted to the upper part of the yoke 3. The sounding body 13 fitted in the central part of the elastic body 11 holds the elastic body 11 by a supporting ring 23 and a fixing plate 15. A coil 21 as a sounding body driving source is wound on the outer peripheral part of an iron core fixed to the central part of the supporting ring 23. Permanent magnet 25 installed on the outer peripheral side of the supporting ring 23 is held by a yoke 27. A diaphragm 31 is provided on a stepped part 23a of the upper end of the supporting ring 23. Between the yoke 3 and the upper cover 7, a coil 37 as a driving source for the vibrating body is installed, and a coil 21 is provided as a driving source for the sounding body.
