PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a thermoplastic tube producing process by using an inner cavity as a closing means for a material forming an extruded thermoplastic sleeve and forming an end part in a thermoplastic sleeve which coincides with the inner cavity of the closing means. SOLUTION: The heating exposed part 13 of a sleeve 3 which is extruding and stretching thermoplastic properties is formed in a conical shape 25 and pressurized through the head of the forming end part 7 of a forming mandrel 5, and a thermoplastic tube 29 with a head which constitutes a neck part 33 having a main body part 30, a shoulder part 31, and a closing end part 35 is formed. In forming the tube 29, a closing means 37 is used, the means 37 is formed by a bottom part wall 41 and a side part wall 43 and has an inner cavity 39 held in a proper place by a mold member, and the end part 35 is formed in the sleeve 3 which coincides with the cavity 39. |
