PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain overtrousers for operations to handle water capable of effectively carrying out suction and discharge of air from the interior and the exterior of the trousers when a wearer squats down or sits down. SOLUTION: The overtrousers for operations to handle water are obtained by providing at least one air discharge hole 4 passing through a fabric under a tightening position of a waist part 1 having a tightening rubber 2 and thereby sucking or discharging air in the trousers from the air discharge hole 4 or bottom holes according to the motion of a wearer such as squatting or sitting. Thereby, air is scarcely collected in the trousers and the interior of the trousers scarcely becomes stuffy. |
