<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of determining a chromosome having a chromosomal abnormality from a cell in the interphase. SOLUTION: The cells having cell cycles of an interphase in the cells obtained by collecting from an organism are carried out culturing or the like and immobilized on a slide glass, and the cells are dyed in different colors of chromosomes by a painting (pigments) capable of differentially identifying plural chromosomes to identify. From the image of a microscope micronucleus are detected, the chromosomes originating from the micronucleus are determined in dependence upon the hue of the micronucleus, a statistical processing on the distribution of the micronucleus in the sample is carried out by serially carrying out the classification on plural micronucleus and assigning with the main nucleus detected with the micronucleus. The frequency of appearance of the micronucleus is introduced on each kind of chromosomes originating from the micronucleus, and in this way highly mutation inducible chromosomes are specified.</p> |
