<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent vacancy from occurring in an article line aligned on a carry-out path by independently controlling the operations of individual carry-in paths so that articles invariably exist at the arrival terminals of the carry-in paths. SOLUTION: This article aligning device is provided with a carry-out conveyor (carrying-out path) 1 aligning bottles B in a line and carrying-out them in the vertical direction and a plurality of carry-in paths 2 aligning bottles B1, B2, B3,... in a line and delivering them to individual alignment positions of the carry-out path 1. Bottles B4 delivered from all carry-in paths are temporarily aligned by an aligning base 8 provided between the carry-in paths 2 and the carry-out path 1. The carry-in paths 2 are arranged in parallel to each other and are installed in the direction perpendicular to the carry-out path 1, and the operations of them are independently controlled so that the bottles B are scooped up from the bulk of the bottles B and conveyed toward an arrival terminal 3.</p> |
