PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep lubricity between a slider and a guide for the long period of time, and extend the life of the slider. SOLUTION: A slider 16 is interposed between Y-axis guide part 12 and 13 at the casing 1 side, and X-axis guide part 14 and 15 at the turning scroll 4 side. An oil feeding device 19 composed of a grease pocket 20, a compressed air introducing pipe 21, and of a grease lead-out pipe 22, is provided for the casing 1, the compressed air introducing pipe 21 is connected with a compression chamber 6 at the outermost circumferential side and the grease pocket 20, and the grease lead-out pipe 22 is connected with the grease pocket 20 and the Y-axis guide part 12. Meanwhile, a check valve 9 is mounted to a suction port 7 communicated with the compression chamber 6 at the outermost circumferential side. Compressed air within the compression chamber 6 is fed to the grease pocket 20 by the use of the compressed air introducing pipe 21 so as to be fed to a sliding surface between the slider 16 and the Y-axis guide part out of the grease pocket by the use of the grease lead-out pipe 22.
