PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building panel which easily doubles as an interior material while being producible at low cost and is useful for constructing a building which does not require interior finishing. SOLUTION: The present building panel A is composed of a main body part B which is made up by sandwiching a core material 3 between a surface material 1 made of thin metal or plastic and a sheetlike reverse side material 2 and a back-covering material C made of thin metal or plastic for integrally covering the reverse side material 2 of the main body part B, and because of such structure, a conventional building panel can be utilized as it is for making such a panel. This building panel is inexpensive and useful, even though used in a building without interior finishing, for improving strength at the reverse side of the building panel while improving fineness in appearance, and also usable effectively for a building having no interior finishing.
