摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the aiming axial force by the minimum axial force dispersion at the control time of the axial force of a bolt. SOLUTION: The value of a turning angle, torque and axial force at the bolt fastening time is found for plural bolts and thereafter, the angleθfor fastening from various kinds of assumed snag torque T1∼Tn upto a target axial force F is found out and its average valueθm is taken as an angle for fastening angle at the fastening time by respective assumed snag torque and the axial force dispersion for respective assumed snag torque-fastening angle fastened by respective assumed snag torque and angleθm is found for plural bolts and the axial force control of the bolt in which the torque value when the axial force dispersion becomes minimum value is taken as the most suitable snag torque and the angle at this time to the fastening angle is carried out. Thereby, the aiming axial force at the machine assembly time is obtained stably and the assembly accuracy can be improved.
