PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize the height dimensions of shelve stages by suppressing the bending of a slide fork. SOLUTION: In this slide fork equipped with: a fixed fork 41 fitted to a bed sill, an intermediate fork 42 movably placed on the upper part of the fork 41, a tip fork 43 movably placed on the upper part of the fork 42, and a drive device for moving the fork 42 to the fork 41 and also the fork 43 in the same direction following the movement of the fork 42; inner side guide rollers 51 equipped on the fork 42 nip the plate parts 46 of the fork 41, and outer side guide rollers 53 nip the plate part 60 of the fork 43.
