PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a carriage decreasing a number of part items, simplifying a mechanism, and generating a small inner wheel difference. SOLUTION: This carriage 1, connecting front wheel side connection levers 12R, 12L to both end parts of a common first connection lever 13, mounting front wheels 11R, 11L turnably in the front wheel side, connection levers 12R, 12L, mounting also rear wheels 21R, 21L turnably respectively in rear wheel side connection levers 22R, 22L, and connecting the front/rear wheel side connection levers 12R, 12L/22R, 22L respectively by second connection levers 23R, 23L, turns a steering handle 30. In this way, the front wheels 11R, 11L and the rear wheels 21R, 21L are turned in a reverse phase to each other, so as to eliminate an inner wheel difference.
