PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate necessity for a work space, so that lock work can be easily performed for a connection part of a splited tie rod used in a power steering device or the like of center take off type in a vehicle. SOLUTION: This lock structure is formed such that a tie rod 1 connecting a steering shaft and a wheel consists of a plurality of rod parts 2, 3, and a plurality of these rod parts 2, 3 are connected by a joint bolt 6. Here, slits 4b, 5b are respectively formed in an axial direction in a connection part of a plurality of the rod parts 2, 3 by the joint bolt 6, lock bands 8, 8 are attached to an external periphery of the connection part, and both end parts of the lock bands 8, 8 are tightened in a direction orthogonal to an axis of the tie rod 1 by bolts 13, 13, so as to bind the tie rod. At least partly the lock bands 8, 8 are fused to the connection part.
