PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a partitioning device for multiple dwelling house capable of reducing restrictions for a space in which a storage part for partitioning is installed and being opened and closed easily by light force even when it is used as an indoor door. SOLUTION: This partitioning device for multiple dwelling house consists of a plurality of partitions arranged on a straight line so as to block a bay between two rooms 5 and 6, a storage device 14 for partition accumulating and storing the partitions, and a partition guide device 16 guiding the partition from a partition position to a storage position. The partition consists of a long width partition 12a which has a long width and is positioned on a side away from the storage device and an even number of short width partitions 12b which have a half of the width of the long width partition and are positioned near the storage device. Furthermore, the storage device 14 is provided with a storage part 14a for short width storing the short width partitions 12b by accumulating them one by one.
