PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate opening and closing operation, and enlarge a space with a wall face by attaching a hinge or a hinge receiver to the upper and lower reinforcing sash bars of a door panel, providing the hinge receiver or the hinge on a floor rail, a baseboard, a ceiling rail and a middle rail and opening and closing the door panel. SOLUTION: Upper and lower reinforcing sash bars are attached to the upper and lower parts of the rear face side of a calcium silicate board, and a vertical reinforcing sash bar is attached to both side parts to constitute a door panel 1. A pivot hinge 9 is attached to the upper and lower reinforcing bars, a lock device 10 is provided on one side part, and a pivot hinge receiver is provided on a floor rail side attaching the door panel 1 and a ceiling side. The door panel 1 installed between studs 8, 8 can be opened/closed by means of the pivot hinge 9, and is closed by locking the lock 10 on the stud 8 of one side. Since strength is held, the thickness can be thinned and weight can be reduced by using the calcium silicate board, a space between a building and a wall face is enlarged, and opening and closing operation is facilitated.
