PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent dew condensation on the rear side of a construction plate by intermittently providing a plurality of spacer protrusions on the rear face of a base board at a prescribed interval. SOLUTION: On a construction plate 1 and the base board of a joining fitting 4, the beads 7, 7 of the base board 5 form the gap S1 of width d1 as a spacer. A gap is formed of the spacer protrusion 16 on a lateral furring strip 20 and the base board of the joining fitting 4. Air mainly circulates through the gap, mainly vertically circulates through the gap between the right and left spacer protrusions by a temperature difference, and also horizontally circulates through the gap between the row of the spacer protrusions 16. Rainwater flowing down along the recess part 2 of the construction plate 1 is drained to the outside of a receiving plate 8 from a weep hole 8B by providing the weep hole 8B on the side of the upper side receiving plate 8 of the joining fitting 4. Thereby rainwater does not stay in the inside of the receiving plate and dew condensation can be prevented.
