PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support a large number of reinforcements by means of a small number of reinforcement spacers. SOLUTION: A first reinforcement placement part 14 on which a plurality of first reinforcements 4 aligned at predetermined intervals can be freely placed is provided and a plurality of leg parts 10 are provided for supporting each reinforcement placement part of the first reinforcement placement part 14 in a condition in which each reinforcement placement part is separated above a form 9 while taking an attitude along the surface of the form 9. In that case, a plurality of second reinforcement placement parts 12 on which second reinforcements 7 to be arranged in twisted positions with respect to the first reinforcements 4 in attitudes along the surface of the form 9 are placed in a condition in which they are separated above the form 9 are provided.
