PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet unit and a constructing method capable of reducing construction labor for a washhand basin and promoting the outside appearance. SOLUTION: In a toilet unit set in a toilet room, it is equipped with a closet 2, a washhand basin 1, a water supply branch stopcock 24, a toilet washing water supply pipe 25, a washhand basin water supply pipe 3, a toilet drain pipe 26 and a washhand basin drain pipe 4. Then, the washhand basin water supply pipe connected to the water supply branch stopcock 24 is provided in an interior wall side of the toilet room, and it is covered with a cabinet.
