PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively treat nitricate-induced tolerance in mammal by administering a compound selected from specific 11 kinds of compounds (salts, prodrug, polymorphic material, hydrate, solvate, active metabolite and stereoisomer) to the mammal. SOLUTION: A compound selected from 11 kinds of compounds (salts, prodrug, polymorphic material, hydrate, solvate, active metabolite and stereoisomer) formula I to formula III [R1 is H, a 1-3C alkyl or the like; R2 is H, a (substituted) 1-6C alkyl or the like; R3 is a 1-6C alkyl or the like; R4 and N to be bonded form a 4-N-(R6)-piperazinyl (R6 is H, a 1-6C alkyl or the like); R5 is H, a 1-4C alkyl or the like; R9 is H, a (F-substituted) 1-3C alkyl or the like; R10 is H or a (substituted) 1-6C alkyl; R11 is a (substituted) 1-6C alkyl, a 3-5C cycloalkyl or the like; R12 is a (substituted) 1-4C alkyl or the like; R18 and N to be bonded form pyrrolidinyl or the like], etc., is administered to a mammal to treat nitric acid induction resistance.
