PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily transfer from a wheel chair to a driver's seat with securing a front passenger seat next to the driver's seat. SOLUTION: A driver's seat 10 can be slid along a long slide fixed rail 33 installed on a floor 4 from a driving position at the front end of the long slide fixed rail 33 to a transferring position at the rear end thereof, while a wheel chair 100 can be positioned alongside the transferring position behind a front passenger seat. The long slide fixed rail 33 becomes high toward the rear end such that a seat surface Z1 of a seat cushion 11 of the driver's seat 10 has a nearly same level as a seat surface Z2 of the wheel chair 100. Thereby, no unnatural posture is required to take easily transfer.
