PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid bearing which can support the rotation of a rotor without generating oil leakage and with little rotation deflection. SOLUTION: A device is provided with a rotor member 30 having the first support hole 31 and the second support hole 32 to the first and the second ends opposing each other, coaxially respectively, the first stator member 10 installed in the first support hole 31, and to support the first end rotatable, the second stator member 20 installed in the second support hole 32, and to support the second end rotatable coaxially with the first end, the oil 40 placed between the rotor member 30, and the first and the second stator members 10 and 20, and fluid dynamic pressure generating grooves 13, 14, 23, and 24 to generate the dynamic pressure by the oil 40, between the first support hole 31 and the first stator member 10, and between the second support hole 32 and the second stator member 20.
