PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the mold apparatus for molding pallet capable of forming a part like an attaching part even in a case forming fork inserting holes by a slide mold and not having possibility of damaging a mold at the time of mold clamping. SOLUTION: A part molding core 9 for molding a part on the inner surface side of the front surface part or rear surface part of a pallet is provided in a slide mold 8 in a freely accessible manner and energized by a spring 11 so as to be inserted in the slide mold 8. A slide shaft 12 is inserted in the slide mold 8. A pressure plate 13 coming into contact with a fixed mold 6 or a movable mold 7 at the time of mold clamping is arranged on the surface on a side sliding when the slide mold 8 is subjected to mold clamping to be mounted on the slide shaft 12. The spring 14 energizing the pressure plate 13 and the slide shaft 12 so as to allow them to be spaced apart from each other is interposed between the pressure plate 13 and the slide shaft 12. An operation part 15 operating the part molding core 9 so as to protrude the same by the sliding of the slide shaft 12 is provided at the slide shaft 12 slid through the spring 14 when the pressure plate 13 is pushed.
