PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mechanize hand-operated works and increase the productivity and product quality with labor saved relating to a cloth fuse-cutting and fusing machine in which double-plied fabrics of chemical fiber are cut by fusing and simultaneously bonded to each other at the cut parts by means of a hot electric iron. SOLUTION: This cloth fuse-cutting and fusing machine is equipped with the table A, the cloth press part B and the electric iron mover C and the electric iron positioner D. The table A is equipped with a glass plate 19 that can position the relative displacement to the cloth press part B, the electric iron mover C and the electric iron positioner D. The cloth press part B crosses the relative moving direction of the glass plate at the right angle and is equipped with a narrow cloth press 26 that is pressed in the horizontal direction that is pressed to the glass and separated. The electric iron mover C is equipped with the running-driving unit for moving the electric iron in parallel with the cloth press. The electric iron positioner D is equipped with the iron holder 45, and the lifting and guiding means 41, 44, 27 for descending the top of the electric iron held by the holder down to the cloth press that is pressed by the glass plate. |
