摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a thick film electrode having an enough thickness by using a screen having an opening having projections extending inside a printing surface in screen printing with the use of a conductive paste in order to form the thick film electrode reaching the edge part of at least one surface of an electronic part. SOLUTION: In forming a thick film electrode reaching the edge parts 1b, 1c making the four sides of the upper surface 1a of an electronic part 1 on the upper surface 1a, a screen 3 in which an emulsion layer 4b is laminated on the lower surface of an emulsion layer 4a in which a mesh 5 is embedded is prepared. In the screen 3, a rectangular opening 3a larger than the upper surface 1a of the electronic part 1 is formed, and the mesh 5 is exposed in the opening 3a. Projections 3b, 3c which protrude to the upper surface 1a side of the electronic part 1 and face each other are formed in the opening 3a. By making the opening 3a be filled with a conductive paste 4, the thick film electrode is formed on the upper surface 1a of the electronic part 1.
