The nuts 106, 107 are tightened by setting a primary fastening tool 1 to a mechanical joint so that the nut 106 or 107 is engagingly locked to the nut engagingly lock surface 31 and rotating the main body 2 by a chain wrench 200 hung to the step 5 of the outer periphery surface of the main body 2.
