SOLUTION: A main spindle side arbor 10 provided in tool equipment is provided with a center hole 12 formed in its axial part, and a clamp member (a clamp bolt 16 and a clamp nut 20) assembled by crossing at right angles with the axis of the arbor 10 from the outer circumferential part of the center hole 12, a hollow shaft part 32 of a tool holder 30 is inserted into the center hole 12, and the main spindle-side arbor 10 and the tool holder 30 are fastened by clamping the clamp member. The internal circumference of the center hole 12 of the main shaft side arbor 10 and the outer circumference of the hollow shaft part 32 of the tool holder 30 form mutually mated inclined faces, and the clamp member and the hollow shaft part 32 of the tool holder 30 are so set that a force in the direction pushing the tool holder 30 toward the arbor 10 side along its axis and a force radially enlarging the hollow shaft part 32 of the tool holder are generated by claming the clamp member.
