PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To unnecessitate control of divisions of waste to make a waste disposal facility economically installable by setting up a purifying layer in which a material for removing contaminants is mixed around a housing chamber for housing waste. SOLUTION: As a housing chamber 1 for housing contaminants, for example, the ground is dug to form a recessing part. Or, a wall like body is constructed in the circumference to make the inside thereof the housing chamber 1. Or, a concrete wall is used as the wall like body to surround the circumference and a concrete floor is also provided on the base to construct the housing chamber 1. A purifying layer 2 provided on the inner surface of the housing chamber 1 is that which is formed by mixing material for removing the contaminants. The purifying layer 2 is set up in the wall surface part and the base part around the housing chamber 1 for housing waste. Or, as the wall-like body, a bulkhead dividing a fixed area of the sea or water area is used, and as the base, a clay layer having a small water permeability coefficient or the like is used to construct the inside thereof as the housing chamber 1.
