PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform a hand-stitch sewing by folding a fabric to be sewn, making a needle thread go through from the top to the bottom at the reversed section wherein the fabric is folded, and then, returning the needle thread to the upper side of the reversed section by reversing the thread, and performing a sewing by passing a bobbin thread through a loop section which is generated by the reversing of the needle thread. SOLUTION: A fabric to be sewn W is folded in two, and a needle (d) through which a needle thread (a) has passed is pierced from an upper fabric w1 to a lower fabric w2 at a reversed section (c). Then, the needle thread (a) is reversed, and pulled out to the upper fabric w1 which has been reversed, and a bobbin thread (b) is passed through a loop section (e) generated by the reversing of the needle thread (a), and a sewing is performed. Then, for the sewn fabric W in such a manner that the upper fabric w1 is reversed in the direction (f) shown by an arrow, and in an interval (i) between a location (g) of the upper fabric w1 where the needle is pierced, and a location (h) of the lower fabric w2 where the needle is pierced, two needle thread (a) are exposed on the upper side, and then, the sewn fabric W is folded again, and a sewing is performed in the same manner, and thus, a hand-stitch sewn state is obtained.
