PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain cataplasm having a high moisture permeability and a high drug-releasability. SOLUTION: This cataplasm having a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer comprising a water-insoluble sticking polymer and a medicine on one side of a flexible supporter contains a liquid component having water miscibility and >=50 wt.% absorption to the skin in an amount of 5 wt.% or more and 60 wt.% or less of the amount of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, and has >=300 g/m2/day moisture permeability based on the entire cataplasm.
