PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an angle adjusting mechanism of a rear view mirror free of a shift of the adjusting angle even if a motorcycle runs in a off-road condition, etc., where a large vibratory acceleration is generated, giving certainly a compression force required to make setting of the adjusting torque, embodied at a low cost, and easy to perform the torque adjustment in assembling. SOLUTION: An angle adjusting mechanism of a rear view mirror is equipped with a joint 4 furnished at one end with a convex spherical surface 4a and at the other end with a fixing means to the specified position on a vehicle and housing 1 equipped at the obverse surface with a mirror 3 and at the reverse surface with a swell out part in convex spherical surface, wherein the concave spherical surface 4a and convex spherical surface of the housing 1 are put in pressure contact and sliding resiliently using two coned disc springs 21a and 21b so that the angle of the mirror 3 is adjusted. The disc springs having center hole are arranged 'in series', located by inserting through the center holes, and energized by driving a screw 9 penetrating a through hole in the center of a center guide into the joint 4 with the aid of the center guide, which ensures a good accuracy in the setting operation of the adjusting torque with screw 9.
