The machine has drive on and drive off ramps with a central spraying assembly. The spraying assembly has transverse rotating scraper cylinders and water spray heads (41). The water spray is produced by a pump (70). When not in use, the ramps are raised to the vertical by hydraulic cylinders (15) and the machine is raised into its road wheels (12). The machine is towed by and powered by a pick-up truck (T) or tractor.
