<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a process of capping a pouring port with a cap and simplify the mechanism of a dispenser and a closing process for a container by filling a liquid formulation storing chamber with liquid formulation through a filling port formed in a resin film enclosing the liquid formulation storing chamber, and then bonding the resin film in the periphery of the filling port to seal the liquid formulation storing chamber. SOLUTION: A flexible resin film enclosing a liquid formulation storing chamber 21 of a flexible container 20 is formed by stacking two sheets of resin films and hot-welding the peripheral edge part, and both right and left side edge parts 26, 27 are connected to both upper and lower edge parts 24, 25. One side edge part 27 is provided with a projecting part 28, and the projecting part 28 is separated to form a filling port 39 for communicating the liquid formulation storing chamber 21 with the outside. The tip of a liquid formulation feed nozzle 12 is inserted into the liquid formulation storing chamber 21 through the filling port 30 to fill the chamber with a liquid formulation 10. After that, the resin film in a designated range in the periphery of the filling port 30 is welded to form a seal part 32, whereby the liquid formulation storing chamber 21 can be sealed without a special cap.</p> |
