<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit manufacture of a roll having little conveying trouble simply. SOLUTION: Rubbers 2 are held between lower molds 11 for rubber fixing, and upper molds 12 for rubber fixing, and the axial centers of three rubbers 2 are positioned on a straight line. A core bar 3 is positioned by a guide device 13 to make the center lines of three rubbers 2 coincide with the center line of the core bar 3. In such a condition, a pressing-in device 15 drives the core bar 3 along core bar passing grooves 11d and 12d. Almost simultaneously, a solenoid valve 18 is opened, a lubricating liquid is fed from a lubricating liquid tank 17 to the core bar passing grooves 11d and 12d, the liquid is adhered to the outer periphery of the core bar 3, and the friction resistance between the inner peripheral surface of a through hole 2a and the outer peripheral surface of the core bar 3 is reduced. After the core bar 3 is pressed by a prescribed quantity in to the deep side crossing a specific position (a produce size value) by the pressing-in device 15, the core bar 3 is pressed back to the specific position by a pressing-back device 16.</p> |
