<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the convenience and workability by forming a part of a pipe or a synthetic resin-covered pipe so as to have a circumferentially projected form. SOLUTION: A straight pipe 1 is formed of a pipe or a synthetic resin-coated pipe, a protruding part 9 is formed on the straight pipe 1, and a plurality of slotted holes 8 are formed on the protruding part 9. The protruding part 9 of the straight pipe 1 is nipped by a joint 3, and the straight pipe 1 is connected to the joint 3 by a small screw. Further, a wall fixing metal fitting 2 is connected to the joint 3 by a small screw, and the wall fixing metal fitting 2 is fixed to a wall surface by a fixing screw to form a handrail. According to this, this handrail is conveniently usable since the fear of exchanging the hand for holding the handrail, or separating the hand from the handrail, or catching the fingers by a slide groove can be eliminated when a person walks while holding the handrail, and the workability can be enhanced since it is unnecessary to block the slide groove with a covering member.</p> |
