MANUFACTURE OF TUBE-COVERED ROLLER, TUBE-COVERED ROLLER, AND HEATING FIXING DEVICE WITH TUBE-COVERED ROLLER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluororesin tube-covered roller, and a heating fixing device with such a roller, in which a sufficient mold releasing property is maintained on the roller surface without generating a deposit and a flaw on the surface. SOLUTION: This is the tube-covered roller 20 in which a mold releasing layer 23 consisting of an elastic body layer 22 and a fluororesin tube is formed on the outer surface of a metal core bar 21, and in the condition to cover a heat resisting resin 24 on the other surface of a fluororesin tube 23, a bonding process of the elastic body layer 22 and the inner surface of the fluororesin tube 23 is carried out. The heat resisting resin 24 is removed after the mold is released.
