PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a stain of an image even by repeating smoothing by setting a weight-average molecular weight of a resin contained as a main component in a surface treated layer of an image contact surface at a specific value or above. SOLUTION: A main component of a resin of a surface treated layer of an image contact surface is set to be a resin having a weight-average molecular weight of about 60,000 or above. If the molecular weight is less than about 60,000, sufficient heat resistance cannot be obtained. As the main component resin, one or more types selected from the group consisting of a silicon modified polyvinylbutyral resin, silicone modified polyvinyl alcohol, silicone modified cellulose resin, and silicone modified polyimide resin is preferably used. The silicone modified cellulose resin is obtained by reacting cellulose resin with an organopolysiloxane. As the silicone modified resin, silicone is desirably graft polymerize with resins of main chain. |
