PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a functional food having analgesic effects on a menstrual pain and a physiological pain without any anxiety about adverse effects. SOLUTION: This functional food is obtained by enriching thereof with calcium and isoflavone as active ingredients. The isoflavone is preferably derived from soybeans and the contents of the calcium and isoflavone are >=1% calcium concentration and 0.2% isoflavone concentration in the dry weight. |
