PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a healthy food composition capable of facilitating metabolism of fats and cholesterol, activating cells and strengthening immunological cells and excellent in safety by formulating myo-inositol with chitosan in a specific proportion. SOLUTION: This healthy food composition is obtained by formulating (A) 0.1-99.9 wt.% of myo-inositol such as the refined product of the myo-inositol prepared by hydrolyzing vegetable phytic acid with (B) 99.9-0.1 wt.% of chitosan obtained by deacetylating chitin. The myo-inositol and chitosan are preferably suspended in water and the healthy food composition is preferably processed into a powder, a granule, a tablet, a capsule, etc. |
