PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the density of a molded product to be regenerated and upgrade the strength of the molded product by adding a paper slit material and an adhesive to a top plate split material obtained by splitting a top plate and mixing the whole materials almost homogeneously and further molding the mixture to the specified shape. SOLUTION: Metallic fittings attached to a waste material of a top plate are sorted and removed. The waste material now without the metallic fittings is charged into a splitting machine to split the waste material as a top plate split material. Next shredder tailings are charged as a paper split material. In this case, the shredder tailings with fibers whose length is about three times or less that of the top plate split material are removed. Further both top plate split material and paper split material are premixed in such a way that these are almost uniform and then an adhesive is applied to the premix using a continuous applicator and the coated premix is discharged to a stacker. In this stacker, it is stacked in the order of a small grain size, a medium grain size, a large grain size and then a medium grain size and a small grain size, and almost in the specified thickness. This stacked premix is sent to a pressing process to be molded into a specified shape. Thus it is possible to generate an appropriate space in a molded product with the help of the paper split material and at the same time, upgrade the strength of the molded product.
