PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a key change of a cylinder lock within the scope of ordinary locking and unlocking operations. SOLUTION: The cylinder lock has at least an external cylinder 2, an internal cylinder 5 that is borne rotatably by the external cylinder 2 and has a key groove along the axial direction, a plurality of tumblers 7 arranged slidably in the axial direction and aligned in a prescribed position by crest cuts of a key, a collar 7a for key change slidably fitted to the tumblers 7 and integrated with the tumblers during time other than key change. The cylinder lock 1 is provided with key change means 9 and 10 that allow a key change by releasing the collar 7a and the tumblers 7 from the integrated state, when put into an unlocked state by rotating the internal cylinder 5.
