摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate performance reduction by a recompression loss, to secure a required power saving rate, and to realize high reliability with high performance by forming a shape of bypass ports in a long hole shape, and setting a width of a long hole to a width of not exceeding a tooth thickness of a spiral tooth mold. SOLUTION: An end plate 22 of a fixed scroll 21 is provided with spring housing parts 591a, b for housing coil springs 59a, b, bypass passages 53a, b, also return holes 55a, b, bypass ports 54a, b formed so as not to interfere with a tooth mold 23 in the vicinity of the spiral tooth mold 23 of the fixed scroll and valve seats 562a, b. A shape of the bypass ports 54a, b is formed in a long hole shape. When a spiral tooth mold of a rotary scroll ovelaps with the long hole-shaped bypass ports 54a, b, the long hole-shaped bypass ports 54a, b do not protrude from the tooth mold to secure the maximum area. Thus, a width of a long hole is set to a width of not exceeding a tooth thickness of the spiral tooth mold of the rotary scroll, and is constituted in a long hole shape such as running along the tooth mold 23 in the vicinity of the spiral tooth mold 23.
