PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce bulkiness in recovery after use and disposal and to obtain good peelability by a method in which thermoplastic resin sheets are fusion- bonded, each projection part of the sheets is formed to be a hollow part, and the peel strength between the sheets is set up in specified conditions. SOLUTION: A thermoplastic resin sheet 1 having projection parts is fusion- bonded to the fusion-bonding surface of a thermoplastic resin sheet 2 having an olefin resin using an ethylene-vinyl monomer copolymer such as a linear low density polyethylene and an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer to be a base material and a styrene resin using a styrene-vinyl monomer such as a styrene- butadiene copolymer and a styrene-isoprene copolymer, and a hollow part 3 is formed. In this process, the peel strength between the sheets 1, 2 is controlled to be 0.2-2 kg/15 mm breadth.
