PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a quadrature type RF coil with an excellent frequency characteristic by providing parallel first and third electric routes constituting a ring shape closed loop and the plurality of second and forth electric routes radially extending from a common connecting part positioned at the inner side of each closed loop to the first and third electric routes. SOLUTION: A transmission coil part 6 is provided with the circular electric route 602 and the plurality of electric routes 604 radially extending from a center part are arranged at the inner side of the circular electric route 602. The number of the radial electric routes 604 is eight, for example, one end of each is connected to the electric route 602 and the other end is connected to the circular electric route 606 in the center part. Besides, the transmission coil 6' is provided with the circular electric route 602' and the plurality of electric routes 604' radially extending from the center part are arranged at the inner side of the electric route 602'. The number of the radial electric routes 604' is eight, for example, one end of each is connected to the electric route 602' and the other end is connected to the circular electric route 606' in the center part.
