PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform execution work by consistently controlling a process of reliably driving a drain material to the prescribed remaining depth by redriving the driving material after detecting the co-rise by confirming remaining of the drain material when pulling out a driving pipe. SOLUTION: A tachometer 11 for measuring the feed length of a drain material 1 by rotating by contacting with the drain material 1 and a depth indicator 12 for measuring the depth of a driving pipe 2 are provided. Then, a drain driving construction method is provided with a pullout starting time remaining confirming process in which the drain material 1 penetrates through the driving pipe 2, an anchor 3 is attached to the tip to be locked on the driving pipe 2, and the drain material 1 is intruded in the ground G together with the driving pipe 2 to detect remaining of the anchor 3 when starting pullout of the driving pipe 2 by reaching the prescribed remaining depth, a pullout time remaining confirming process of detecting remaining of the drain material 1 at pullout time and a redriving process of driving back these up to the prescribed remaining depth by stopping pullout after detecting the co-rise of the anchor 3 in the remaining confirming process at these pullout starting time and the co-rise of the drain material 1 in the pullout time remaining confirming process.
