PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spindle bearing, for yarn twisting machines esp. ring spinning frames, equipped with a neck bearing and foot step bearing inside a bearing inner casing surrounded with a bearing outer casing, wherein an elastic spring mounted in the radial direction of the spindle needs a lower coat and lesser space than is the past. SOLUTION: This bearing comprise a bearing inner casing 13 having a bearing pin 15 at its lower end 18, and a bearing outer casing 14 having an extension bush 17 or bottom opening reduced in diameter at its bottom 16, wherein the shaft pin 15 of the bearing inner casing 13 is engaged with the inner side of the extension bush 17 or bottom opening of the bearing outer casing 14, and wherein the bearing inner casing 13 is swingably fitted to the inner side of the bearing outer casing 14 by applying a predetermined moment thereto.
