PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a heat ray reflecting glass and a heat ray reflecting bilayer glass having low visible light reflectivity free from a defect such as reflection pollution, showing high heat ray shielding properties free from a problem of radio disturbance, having excellent durability and green, bronze and gray-based color tones currently loved on the market. SOLUTION: This heat ray reflecting glass comprises at least one layer of a coating film mainly composed of silicon on one main surface of glass plate, has <=25% visible light reflectance when measured from an uncoated film side of the glass plate in a C light source and has a green-based color tone when watched from the uncoated film side of the glass plate. This heat ray reflecting glass comprises at least one layer of a coating film mainly composed of silicon on one main surface of glass plate, has <=15% visible light reflectance when measured from an uncoated film side of the glass plate in a C light source and has a bronze-based color tone or a gray-based color tone when watched from the uncoated film side of the glass plate.
